Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Group, Mr. Lo Wai Kit is mainly responsible for overseeing finance, accounting and company secretarial matters of the Group. He is an associate member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of HKICAP and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Lo has over 18 years of experience in accounting and financial areas.
Chairman and Executive Director of the Group, Mr. Zhao Jinmin is primarily responsible for supervising the overall operations of the Group and planning business and marketing strategies. As one of the founders of the Group, Mr. Zhao has about 18 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Executive Director of the Group, Mr. Liu Yingwu is primarily responsible for overseeing the operation and management of business in the Group. As one of the founders of the Group, Mr. Liu has about 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Group, Mr. Xu Huilin is primarily responsible for planning business and marketing strategies and overseeing daily business management of the Group. Mr. Xu has over 14 years of experience in oil and gas industry and financial management, including over 12 years of experience in Sinochem Group, which is principally engaged in, among other businesses, trading, distribution, development of sale networks of oil and gas products.
Mr. Yuan Limin who has more than 30 years’ valuable experience in the capital, investment and financial analysis, and handled more than 15 listing and fund raising projects in China and Hong Kong.
Mr. Wang Qingguo is primarily responsible for financial planning and management of the Group. As one of the founders of the Group, Mr Wang has about 19 years of experience in financial planning, financial management and supervision.

She has more than 10 years of experience in general administration and corporate affairs. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Bian served as the secretary of the board of directors of Changchun Yitonghe from November 2006 to March 2017.
General Manager of Changchun Sinogas, Mr. Wang Zhiwei's major responsibilities in our Group include supervising and managing the operation of the refuelling stations with a particular focus in those located in Changchun City, Jilin Province.
General Manager of Longjing United Strength, Mr. Meng Xiange's major responsibilities in the Group include supervising and managing operation of refuelling stations with a particular focus in those located in Yanji City, Longjing City and Helong City, Jilin Province.
